9999pak Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 9999pak platform — whether through a browser on a mobile phone, a tablet or a desktop computer — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you should leave the platform and not create an account.

These terms apply to all aspects of the 9999pak platform, including the game lobby, sports betting section, cashier, promotional offers and any other features made available to registered users. They apply regardless of how you access the platform and regardless of the device you use.

Registering an account on 9999pak constitutes formal acceptance of these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of any other person — for example by funding their account or placing bets under instruction — you remain personally responsible for compliance with these terms and for any consequences that arise.

2Account Registration

To use the real-money features of 9999pak — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims and betting — you must create a registered account. Each person is permitted to hold only one account on 9999pak. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices or shared IP addresses — may all be closed and any balances across those accounts may be voided. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is truthful. 9999pak reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify account information. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

3Age Verification

The 9999pak platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. 9999pak takes this requirement seriously and verification may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of a routine account review.

Acceptable age and identity verification documents include a valid Pakistan CNIC. Where age cannot be verified or where evidence of underage use is found, the account will be immediately suspended and permanently closed. Any balance held in that account will be forfeited.

If you are aware of a minor using or attempting to use this platform, please prevent their access immediately. We encourage all account holders to keep their login credentials private and to ensure that minors in their household cannot access the platform.

4Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 9999pak account. This means keeping your password confidential, not sharing login details with anyone else, and logging out of the platform on any shared or public device.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you should contact 9999pak support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking the account while the matter is reviewed.

9999pak will never ask for your password through any communication channel — email, live chat, social media or otherwise. If you receive any communication claiming to be from 9999pak and asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and do not respond.

Any activity carried out on your account before you report a security breach will be treated as authorised unless evidence clearly indicates otherwise. 9999pak is not liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials voluntarily or negligently.

5Deposits

All deposits on 9999pak are processed in PKR. The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as available at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of each transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer and card deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times. 9999pak does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All payment methods must be owned and registered to the account holder. Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder may be refused, and the account may be subject to review. 9999pak reserves the right to return any deposit made via an unverified or third-party payment method.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. This is a security measure and is not negotiable except in documented circumstances where the original payment method is no longer available, which must be verified by support before an alternative destination can be used.

Before a first withdrawal can be processed, account verification must be complete. This requires submission of a valid CNIC image and confirmation of ownership of the withdrawal destination account. Once verified, this information applies to all future withdrawals from the same account unless there is a change to the payment destination.

Only real-money balance is available for withdrawal. Bonus funds and winnings generated from active bonus credit remain subject to wagering requirements until those requirements are fully cleared. The cashier displays real-money and bonus balances separately at all times.

9999pak processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours under normal circumstances. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

7Bonuses and Promotions

9999pak offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, free spin credits, reload offers and cashback schemes. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions and validity periods — which are displayed in full on the Promotions page before you opt in.

By claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read and understood the specific terms attached to that offer. Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings are transferred to your real-money balance and become withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are cleared will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, not your real-money balance.
• Unless a promotion states otherwise, each player may claim each offer once.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other bonuses unless the promotion explicitly permits this.
• 9999pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of announcement.
• Where a bonus was claimed based on a technical error or misrepresentation, 9999pak may reverse the bonus regardless of whether wagering has begun.

8Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on 9999pak is subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or betting market, in addition to these general terms. Game rules are accessible from within each title. Sportsbook betting rules are displayed within the relevant betting section.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software for casino games, and by the outcome of the real-world event for sports bets. The RTP figures quoted for slot games are theoretical long-run averages certified by the game developer — they do not guarantee any individual outcome in any given session.

9999pak reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error, to void bets placed after the official close of a betting market, or to void bets where there is evidence that the outcome was known to the bettor at the time of placement. In the event of a technical malfunction during game play, the round will be declared void and stakes returned.

Any bet that 9999pak reasonably believes was placed as part of a pattern of matched betting, arbitrage, exploitation of system vulnerabilities or any form of fraudulent activity may be voided and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

9Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9999pak platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at any point.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18.

10Responsible Gaming

However, maintenance, software updates, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may result in periods of downtime. 9999pak does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

In the event of a planned maintenance window, we will attempt to provide advance notice where possible. Emergency maintenance may be required without prior notice.

9999pak does not guarantee that the platform will be accessible from all jurisdictions or via all internet service providers. Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the platform is permitted under the laws applicable to them in their location.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 9999pak platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and all other elements — is the intellectual property of 9999pak or of the respective third-party game providers who have licensed their content for use on the platform.

You are permitted to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any part of the platform content without express written permission from 9999pak.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9999pak's total liability to any user in connection with these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9999pak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform — even if 9999pak has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14Changes to These Terms

9999pak reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users through the platform or by notification to the registered contact details on file.

Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and contact support regarding account closure.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 9999pak recommends reviewing the Terms and Conditions whenever you return to the platform after a period of inactivity.
